AN Experienced Accident Lawyer

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

Most people who are in an accident are not injured.  Of those who are injured, most recover fully.  Unfortunately, some people never make a full recovery from their motorcycle, car, or truck accident.  In those cases, the person who caused the accident is responsible for the damages suffered by the injured person.

Juries usually do not award significant damages in an accident case unless there has been a significant injury, and insurance companies usually do not offer significant settlements unless there has been a significant injury.  Examples of serious injuries are: a broken bone or broken bones, scarring, an injury requiring surgery or surgeries, amputation injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. (These injuries are defined elsewhere in this website).

For many years I have represented the families of people who have been seriously injured in motorcycle, car, or truck accidents.  I have represented families in California, Georgia, Iowa Lawyer, Minnesota Lawyer, Missouri Lawyer, Nebraska Lawyer, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin in their accident cases.  I have negotiated settlements for these families, or I have gone to trial on their behalf.

I would welcome the opportunity of meeting with you, at a place most convenient to you, to discuss your legal rights if you, or someone you know, have been seriously injured in an accident.

Qualified DRUNK DRIVING ACCIDENT

Thursday, September 4th, 2008

To safely operate a motor vehicle, a driver must have concentration and good judgment of speed and distance.  When a drunk driver is under the influence of alcohol, or drugs, he or she no longer possesses these necessary skills.  When a driver does not have these skills, they can kill or injure people who come into contact with them.  If you, or someone you know, have been injured by a drunk driver, you need an experienced trial lawyer to negotiate with the insurance company and to explain the severity of your injuries to them.  If the insurance company is not willing to make a fair settlement, you need an experienced trial lawyer to explain your injuries to a jury.

For many years, I have represented the families of people who have suffered serious injuries in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, school bus accidents, and truck accidents.  Drunk drivers caused many of these accidents.  I have represented families in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin in serious accident cases.  I would be happy to meet you, at a place most convenient for you, to discuss your legal rights, and my qualifications to represent you in your drunk driving accident case.
